Jenny Radcliffe, Social Engineer and Head of Training & Consultancy at ECN

A lifelong "people-hacker" and ethical social engineer, talks about the ways in which social engineers use the people within organisations to bypass security and gain access to those things which we would prefer to keep private.  She argues that the workforce is "comfortably" unaware of how they are being exploited in these ways and gives tips and advice on how to engage people in the fight against people hackers through good security practice in every aspect of their lives.

James Miller, Foursys, Managing Director

Frequent commentator in cybersecurity press, Foursys’ very own managing director gives a brief presentation on his experiences of Foursys customers trying to cut costs within IT security budgets. Asking if it can actually be done, whilst maintaining, or even improving, current protection levels and if so, how.

SPEAKER PROFILES

Graham Cluley

Graham has been working in the computer security industry since the early 1990s, writing the first ever version of Dr Solomon's Anti-Virus Toolkit for Windows. Since then he's been employed in senior roles by Sophos and McAfee and in 2011, he was inducted into the Infosecurity Europe Hall of Fame. You'll see him regularly making international media appearances commenting on the latest cybersecurity issues. Day-to-day you can catch him writing on his award-winning IT security blog www.grahamcluley.com

Jenny Radcliffe

Jenny is a professional speaker, and many of you may be familiar with her already as she appears regularly at IT security conferences, webinars and company events,(Rant, TEDx, InfoSec, Disa, NordicIT) and talks about how “people hacking” using psychological methods can be a huge threat to organisations of all sizes. Jenny helps security teams and professionals to use the tools of human hackers to enhance awareness campaigns, persuade and influence their stakeholders and understand how culture contributes to organisational vulnerability.

Jez Turner

Jez joined Foursys in 2003, helping IT leaders navigate the complex arena of IT security and data protection. He’s ensured some of the largest councils in Europe stay secure, NHS patient records stay confidential and Haribo’s secret recipe stays a secret. As well as giving a key note presentation Jez will also be chairing the conference.

James Burchell

James is a passionate, multidisciplinary security specialist who has the ability to de-mystify the complexity that shrouds many IT security challenges. With many years of experience in both military and corporate cyber security worlds, he has the knowledge to help you protect your brands reputation, data and intellectual property. The battle for IT security won’t end any time soon, James strives to make sure that everyone understands the challenges and are equipped to protect themselves from the most advanced modern threats.

James Miller 

With a technical background in IT, James Miller has been working in cybersecurity for over fifteen years and in the last couple of years was appointed managing director at Foursys. He's been responsible for help securing some of the largest organisations in the UK and a frequent commentator on the latest IT security incedients in the news you read.
