Many organisations require a higher level of Technical Support and Services than is available as standard.
Foursys System Support includes
- Enhanced Telephone Support
plus the choice of 3 levels of System Support - Silver, Gold or Platinum with these benefits:
- Remote Technical Support
Upon the request of a customer, Foursys will remotely access the customers network, typically by Webex, to solve issues or check on existing configuration
- Onsite day for Health Check/Upgrade
A Certified Foursys Engineer can provide onsite consultancy to perform a security health check or to assist with an upgrade. Silver System Support includes 1 day a year, Gold 2 days and Platinum 4 days a year
- Security/Penetration Test Option
Gold or Platinum Support customers can choose to use the 2 days onsite for a Security Test including a written report with prioritised recommendations
- Fast Track Training Course
A Training Course is included with Gold and Platinum System Support Agreements
