For a typical installation Foursys will provide initial consultancy, either a face to face meeting or conference call, to ascertain your full requirements and find out all relevant details about your technical environment.
Following this initial stage Foursys will create a project plan defining step-by-step timeframes, responsibilities and actions. This ensures everyone is clear about what needs to happen before and during the installation, and what the installation goal is.
At each stage of the installation Foursys recommends having technical staff present so that knowledge transfer can take place. This normally helps with the ongoing management of the system.
Following the installation project Foursys will provide a written report of the activities and any outstanding actions that need to take place.
As an ongoing service, Foursys strongly recommends an annual Health Check to make sure your security solution is running optimally, and that you are using all the appropriate features in order to gain maximum return on investment.
