Security Analysis
Foursys Network Security Assessments provide a comprehensive review of your organisation’s information security. Using industry standard methodologies our consultants will perform a series of assessments designed to discover weaknesses in your infrastructure, procedures and policies.
Our customisable assessments include a series of network audits, procedural and policy reviews, as well as interviewing staff and assessing end-user security awareness. The results are presented in a clear and concise report, and provide advice to help remediate any vulnerability discovered.
Design and Planning
Foursys works closely with the relevant technical contacts within your organisation to create a project plan and/or scope of works. This stage will clearly identify responsibilities of both parties, timescales and pre-requisites.

Training and Product Familiarisation
Foursys takes a pro-active approach to training, transferring knowledge at every stage of a project from consultancy through to completion. Following implementation of a project Foursys advises solution training – which can be fast track or advanced, structured classroom style or completely bespoke. Foursys can provide training at your site or off-site – we know there are often too many interruptions for effective training on some customer sites!
Training is crucial to get the best return on investment out of your solution and is usually a fraction of the cost of the overall investment in today’s complex security products. Whether it’s a refresher course or completely new solution, Foursys can provide the right level of knowledge transfer for you.
Ongoing Support
Foursys has many levels of support, which have been developed from what our customers have been asking us for over the past decade or more. Enhanced telephone support gives you access to experienced engineers who will often know your network already - with no first line call handling so you don’t need to repeat yourself every time you call. Remote support lets Foursys engineers log onto your systems in a secure, controlled and logged/audited manner using Webex. This is often the quickest way to get critical issues resolved. Onsite support means Foursys can attend to perform troubleshooting and urgent maintenance if problems arise. Health Checks
This is one of the most widely used services that Foursys offers. Today’s security solutions are increasingly complex, and your IT department is extremely busy. IT has grown to become absolutely vital to pretty much all organisations in most respects. It is essential that a security solution runs optimally for 2 reasons – firstly because it must provide the requisite level of security, otherwise the implications could be disastrous. Secondly because the initial outlay was relatively high, you must create as much return on investment as possible. If there are features that are not being used that would provide more security/functionality/efficiency/reporting/productivity then you should be using them. Foursys can visit onsite and perform a health check with a full written report with recommendations. Often during the day Foursys engineers will complete much or all of that recommended work.
