Leading network protection specialist Foursys, has recently launched a brand new service.
Enhanced Support is available to all customers and offers a range of options to meet the needs of Sophos and Websense users (even if the original licenses weren’t purchased directly from us).
Services include; Priority Telephone Support; Target Response Times; Remote Technical Support, Extended Hours Support and discount off all professional services.
Customers can choose one of 3 Levels for Enhanced Support: Level 1 covers 8am-6pm 5 days, Level 2 covers 8am-6pm 7 days and Level 3 covers 24x7. Level 2 and 3 also include a free onsite or remote Health Check and report.
Prices start from £500 for smaller sites but are normally based on a percentage of the Sophos or Websense Licence price.
Paul Prior, Managing Director explained; ‘The service derived from customer feedback and requirements. We were contacted by 2 NHS customers who wanted a higher level of support than was readily available as standard, and with the capabilities and expertise of our team, it was a natural development of our service portfolio’.
