Foursys, a Cambridgeshire based company at the forefront of network threat protection, has won the prestigious UK Partner of the Year Award at this year’s Sophos Partner Awards which was held at the Millennium Gloucester Hotel in London.

The company, which has been working with Sophos on security issues since 1999 and is now a Platinum Partner, has been rewarded for its loyalty and commitment to Sophos over the last twelve months as well as demonstrating strong levels of renewal and new business.

It’s the seventh year in a row that Foursys has won UK Partner of the Year, and Paul Prior Managing Director of Foursys is delighted.

“We’ve worked consistently hard over the last year to adopt the range of new products from Sophos and, as always, have worked with the company to help improve their range by offering constructive feedback.

“Like Foursys, Sophos pride themselves on the levels of technical expertise shown by their Partners’ sales and support staff and they were impressed by our constant desire to develop our employees’ technical knowledge.

“It’s a desire that has stood us in good stead over the years – we have a customer retention rate of over 90%.

As well as winning UK Partner of the Year, Foursys was also nominated in two other categories: the Customer Retention Award and Corporate Partner of the Year.

The company was recognised in the first category for its proven customer renewal rate and revenue gathering and in the latter for its ability to offer a top level of support services to customers.
