
Many customers choose to install the product they order themselves. However, you can take advantage of the experience our engineers have built up installing these products at various sites in the UK since 1999.
Many of our customers ask us to help in setting up a pilot system, or installing and configuring the product on production systems. Where time permits your IT staff can also be trained on the products involved and how to modify security policies to meet the needs of your organisation. We can also "
health check" an existing installation.
In almost all cases one day onsite is sufficient to get the product installed and configured to meet your initial requirements.
If this onsite day is not required immediately, then it can be used at any agreed date during the licence term ordered.
