Many customers choose to install the product they order themselves. However, you can take advantage of the experience our engineers have built up installing these products at various sites in the UK by ordering a Health Check.
What we include in the Health Check
- Ensure Server is operating correctly and is updating
- Check status of Server and its configuration (including sample client PCs in case of Sophos Endpoint
- Investigate any specific issues reported by the customer
- Perform check of current rules or policies against best practice
- Provide report to customer on findings and recommend any corrective action
Annual Health Check Service
The Security Health Check can be included as an annual service, including one day onsite and a written report with prioristised reccommendations.
All services are covered by the Foursys Professional Services Guarantee.
