Enhanced Maintenance

Foursys now includes Enhanced Maintenance and Support in all new sales and renewals of existing Celestix maintenance contracts for the main Celestix models (MSA 3000, MSA 4000 and CLB 4000), representing the majority of installed Celestix appliances.
This means:

Foursys stores the last known configuration supplied by the customer

Configuration can include Windows, ISA Server and also the Websense configuration and policies

In case of any failure then the replacement appliance is shipped next day as a configured appliance
-
Foursys engineers have expertise in Windows Server, ISA Server, Celestix hardware and Websense Web Security software. This means that our engineers are in the best position to help and advise you in case of issues involving multiple products.
