Customer Support Overview
Many organisations require a higher level of Technical Support and Services than is available as standard.
Foursys can offer 3 levels of support to customers.
- Enhanced Telephone Support - includes Priority Telephone Support with target response times and a preferential discount on all Professional Services.
- System Support - includes all the benefits of Enhanced Telephone Support, but also includes Remote Technical Support and Onsite Day(s) for use as a Health Check or Upgrade. Higher levels of System Support include a Training Course and Security/Penetration Test.
- Complete Solution Support - as System Support, but with extra onsite and remote services included. This includes regular remote system monitoring, onsite support when required (in emergency or for upgrades) and also remote upgrading of the system. This is the highest level of support available from Foursys and is designed to help customers with mission critical security applications.
All services are covered by the Foursys Professional Services Guarantee.
